Hey you – yes you! It’s February 25th and almost 2 full months into 2018! Many of us started off this year with our New Years resolutions and fit goals on our minds! It’s time to check in. Treadmills are AMAZING tools for training and Iโ€™ve always been a huge proponent of them. YOU control your pacing and can really manipulate speed and incline to make yourself a better runner.
