Custom Running Plan Only (Monthly)

Great for runners looking for a personalized training schedule! Each plan is custom made and tailored to your goals and running experience. Note that this is a monthly service and all pricing is on a per month basis. You will receive 31 days of programming at time of purchase. You will be provided with an invoice monthly to renew your plan. No contracts or additional set up fees required. 

How it Works:

After you make your purchase you will receive an email within 24-hours to set up your initial consultation call. During this call we will go through your goals, experience, and all necessary information to complete your plan.

Once completing your consultation call and all necessary paperwork, we will have your plan complete and ready to implement within 3-business days from date of consultation call. Please note that consultation calls are available on a first come first-served basis and 2 business days should be allowed for scheduling.

During your coaching you will be able to communicate with Coach Ashley through our free coaching/tracking app and accountability Facebook group. You will be given access to nutritional resources created by a team of registered dietitians, as needed. 

Option to pair this with our strength training plans (additional purchase required).

*By purchasing this program, you understand that there are risks in starting any new running or fitness training plan. We are not responsible for any injuries that can occur in training. If you suffer an injury, see your local health care provider. Health Waiver must be signed prior to training in order to receive final plan. 

*All sales final and no refunds will be issued for partially completed plans. Every plan is custom and intended for the purchaser. Plans are confidential and not to be shared with any other individuals.
