Balancing life obligations with fitness training can be difficult, especially when you there are so many different training methods out there. Finding time to research and create your own training plan can be just as overwhelming as it is time consuming. As someone who has lost 40 pounds through running and fitness, I understand how it feels to want to make changes, but not know where to begin. Even as an experienced athlete, it can be difficult to find something personalized to your goals/past achievements that will take you to the next level.

Whether you are new to running or an experienced athlete looking to improve, I am here to support you on your journey! Fitness should be FUN and my goal is to take the stressful part of finding or creating a plan off of your plate so you can focus on getting RESULTS and having fun!

What to Expect

These are NOT your average cookie-cutter plans. ALL plans are created specifically for YOU and your goals through specific pacing, weight recommendations, rest intervals, and so much more. Plans are tailored to your schedule and are updated regularly based on performance. You also have options for 1:1 coaching to help you stay accountable, provide feedback, and learn more about how to achieve your goals in the long-term. Finally, you will have access to our coaching apps and additional resources to help you stay on track and reach all of your goals (and then some!) No contracts or set up fees required!
